Job summary

Walmart’s Sam's Club Addison, IL is seeking a Bakery/Packager Associate to help prepare fresh baked items daily, wrap and label products, and assist members with bakery orders. You will stay organized, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a clean, member-ready area.

You will follow recipes, operate bakery equipment, and use handheld tools to support production and service, while upholding food safety standards and quality control.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and assist members quickly and accurately.
• Ability to follow recipes and operate bakery equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, member-ready area.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team and communicate with members.
• Be an Expert: Prepare bakery merchandise based on daily production needs, wrap, label, and store merchandise following policies and food safety standards.
