Responsibilities

• Collaborates with associates to build a strong bakery team; communicates with team members and adapts to business needs.
• Prepares bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment; follows recipes and packaging procedures, ensures food safety and inventory management.
• Uses handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support production decisions with customers in mind.
• Maintains clean, neat, and member-ready area and assists members with purchases.
• Delivers high-quality service and supports club members with bakery orders and product availability.
