Responsibilities

• Review the shift schedule, check equipment and supplies, and comply with PPE requirements.
• Assemble and bake goods, place trays in racks and ovens.
• Package, label, and refresh baked goods and displays.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, displays, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss.
