Job summary

Panera in Vestavia Hills, AL is seeking a Team Manager to lead shifts, support team development, and uphold Panera's guest service standards. You will recruit and coach staff, ensure food safety, and contribute to a warm, inclusive culture while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

This role requires flexibility for nights and weekends, ServSafe certification, and the ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts, direct, coach and develop others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification or ability to achieve certification.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends; background check required.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand/walk up to 6 hours.
