Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail bakery or similar team.

• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes the guest experience and models superior guest engagement.
• Fosters a positive work environment.
• Engages frequently with team members.
• Provides continuous coaching and follow up to develop team and manage performance.
• Possesses strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess situations, identify solutions and take action.
• Creates and communicates weekly sales productivity goals, cake production plan, and team schedule, and adjusts bakery coverage.
• Performs administrative functions, including payroll processing, sales, labor and product inventory reporting, and basic accounting procedures.
