Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe in the United States is seeking a Storefront Associate to create an exceptional guest experience. You will greet customers, help with product selection, and operate the POS system while delivering friendly service and maintaining food-safety standards.

This role includes preparing coffee and beverages, assisting with bread merchandising, and collaborating with teammates and store leadership. Weekend and holiday availability, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Food Handler Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.
• Greeting guests and assisting with product selection.
• Operating the POS system accurately.
• Preparing coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Assisting with bread merchandising and product presentation.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Collaborating with teammates and store leadership.
• Following all company policies and Health Department regulations.
• Cross-training in multiple areas, including: Cashier (POS), Bar, Bread, Cake.
• Arriving on time and ready to work each scheduled shift.
