Job summary

Village Bakery in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and train the team. You will be responsible for building, training and maintaining staff while upholding health standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, fluent English, and the ability to work a flexible schedule from early morning to evening. Familiarity with Square POS is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of immediate and relevant restaurant management experience.
• Must speak fluent and clear English; multilingual is a huge plus.
• Familiarity with Square POS or other retail technology is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the model of great customer service and lead the staff to deliver it.
• Handle complaints calmly and take action to remedy issues in the moment, in person and online.
• Lead team to meet financial goals by promoting teamwork and high performance.
• Coach and develop team; manage scheduling and payroll software.
