• Follow company food safety and sanitation procedures and ensure products are labeled and rotated correctly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly with bakery orders, questions, and product recommendations.
• Prepare and produce quality baked goods that meet or exceed company and customer expectations.
• Stock and organize bakery merchandise and supplies.
• Assist with proper rotation of products in coolers, freezers, and display cases to ensure freshness and quality.
• Monitor and maintain accurate code dates on all bakery products.
• Assist with ordering bakery products and supplies needed for daily operations.
• Ensure all self-service packaged products are properly labeled, weighed, and packaged.
