Job summary

ZippyApp - Recruitment Marketing is seeking a Bakery/Deli Clerk to join the team in our bakery department. You will prepare, bake, package, price and merchandize baked goods, while informing customers about products and offering samples to drive sales.

Responsibilities include using ovens and proofers, assisting with displays, and ensuring accurate pricing and presentation. Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 35 lbs frequently.
• Experience in customer service or merchandising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, package, and price bakery goods such as cakes, pies, rolls, and breads.
• Inform customers about bakery products and offer samples to boost sales.
• Operate bakery equipment like ovens and proofers and assist with merchandising.
