Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bakery, grocery store, food service, or retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and organize bakery products for display and sale.
• Bake fresh bread and other bakery items according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Decorate pastries, cakes, and other baked goods as assigned.
• Stock, merchandise, and maintain attractive bakery displays.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate inventory to ensure quality.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in accordance with food safety standards.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
