Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Dartmouth, MA is seeking a Baker to join our store bakery team. You will prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts, following established recipes and production methods to ensure consistent quality.

You will measure, mix, shape, and bake products, decorate cakes and specialty desserts, and keep the area clean and organized. Interact with customers, handle special orders, and help maintain an inviting bakery display.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes and production methods.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products; decorate items such as cakes and specialty desserts.
• Keep a clean, safe work area; rotate and label ingredients; ensure full, well‑stocked and visually appealing display cases.
• Assist customers with product questions and take special orders; provide friendly, efficient service.
