Responsibilities

• Weigh, wrap, and process customer orders.
• Answer the telephone and take orders when necessary.
• Set up advertising displays or arrange merchandise to promote sales.
• Package, stock, displays, and merchandises all bakery goods to company standards.
• Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, counters, display cases, and floors.
• Follow FIFO rotation; label and date leftovers and use before opening new products.
