Qualifications

• Experience formulating new products and conducting plant trials.
• Perform consumer testing and data-driven recommendations.
• Understanding of ingredient functionality, processing, stability, and labeling regulations.
• Willingness to travel 30%+ for trials and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bench and plant trials to achieve targeted product attributes.
• Design experiments, collect data, and report results to stakeholders.
• Conduct sensory evaluations to meet consumer needs.
• Collaborate with Quality, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Regulatory, and Finance.

Education
