Job summary

Stone Ground Bakery and Wheat Montana Bakery and Deli is seeking a Sanitation Technician for the Wheat Montana facility in Three Forks, MT. The role focuses on maintaining food safety through diligent cleaning of bakery production areas and office spaces.

Responsibilities include sanitation of production lines, waste removal, supply restocking, and weekly inventories. Experience is valued, along with strong English communication and adherence to GMPs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to work with chemicals and operate in hot/noisy environments.
• Fluent in English to communicate with leadership and team members.
• 0–2+ years of related sanitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean bakery areas, surfaces, and floors; assist with sanitizing equipment and production lines.
• Remove waste from production, office, and staff areas.
• Restock supplies (paper towels, soap, hairnets, gloves); perform weekly inventory checks.
• Collaborate with operators to ensure thorough cleaning during product changeovers.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior building perimeters and safe work areas.
