Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and varied temperatures in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh and appealing display by front-facing, rotating and stocking products.
• Stocks and cleans shelves, bins, and display areas.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and supervisors.
• Maintains back stock in good order and supports sampling programs.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks signs and pricing.
• Delivers courteous, friendly service and models suggestive selling.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation procedures; maintains clean work areas.
• Reports safety hazards and assists with periodic inventory checks.
