• Ensures merchandise is fresh, properly priced, and labeled
• Assists with production of breads, pastries and other baked goods
• Maintains sanitation per health and OSHA standards
• Assists with deliveries and unloading as needed
• Reports shortages or overages to manager
• Cooperates with coworkers and supervisors to ensure department smooth operation
