Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Open availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift/push up to 25+ pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Read and communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, welcoming demeanor and deliver high-quality service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and uphold Levain Bakery’s standards.
• Operate Toast POS and ensure accuracy of in-store and third-party orders.
• Support inventory restocking and daily team operations.
