Responsibilities include identifying quality issues, coordinating corrective actions, and maintaining QC documentation while traveling up to 75% within the region.

Qualifications

• Hands-on bakery experience including bread production or decorating.
• Ability to perform bakery QC tasks with guidance.
• Reading and applying product manuals and SOPs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; report writing and training.
• Familiarity with GMP and HACCP is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% for inspections and training.

Responsabilités

• Conduct QSC and GFS inspections at stores and prepare reports.
• Evaluate product quality, hygiene, and compliance with manuals.
• Identify and communicate quality issues; follow up on corrective actions.
