Qualifications

• One year of related experience in QA or production environments.

• Simple math knowledge (percentages, additions, subtractions).
• High school diploma, equivalent or higher.

Responsibilities

• Collect hourly samples of pie fillings and finished pies.
• Evaluate filling and finished pies for Brix, pH, temperature and viscosity; monitor weight and spec compliance.
• Review QA and production paperwork for accuracy.
• Perform periodic checks on X-ray equipment and on finished products’ weight, temperature, and packaging dates.
• Ensure cleanliness of production areas and proper storage of ingredients.
• Document food quality and safety incidents and assist root-cause investigations.
