Job summary

izzio Artisan Bakery is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our on-site Thornton, CO team. You will perform daily QA inspections, monitor quality points, and support sanitation and regulatory programs across our bakery operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years QA experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Strong math, problem solving, and reporting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts line audits to verify packaging, labeling, codes, weights and processing parameters.
• Monitor critical quality points and documentation.
• Support and review quality and sanitation controls including GMP, SQF, HACCP and Kosher/Organic standards.
