The Father's Table in Central Florida seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the bakery's QA functions, ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards, and lead the QA team across shifts. You will drive CAPA, HACCP, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with Operations, R&D, and leadership to deliver safe, high-quality products.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related science field required; FDA/USDA/SQF knowledge preferred.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Proven leadership experience in QA within a regulated facility.
• Experience training staff on HACCP, GMP, and food safety procedures.
• Ability to work overtime for production needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and maintain the site's Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.
• Develop initiatives to strengthen the QA culture at the site.
• Lead CAPA program to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Utilize root-cause tools like 5-Why and Ishikawa for investigations.
• Oversee environmental monitoring, testing, and trend analysis.
• Maintain HACCP plans and regulatory prerequisite programs.
• Serve as primary site contact for SQF, FDA, customers, and audits.
• Lead audit prep and ensure ongoing readiness.
• Oversee finished product testing, specs, releases, and quality.
• Investigate customer complaints, holds, and potential recalls.
• Drive continuous improvement in product consistency and satisfaction.
• Deliver training on food safety, GMPs, HACCP, and allergens.
