The Bakery Production Worker rotates throughout several tasks in a production environment, including filling, wrapping, and packaging product, while adhering to food safety and quality procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Operates and supervises a continuous production line
• Rotates among duties including the filler machine, wrapper machine, packing boxes, and stacking boxes
• Visually inspects product for quality and quantity
• Reports all equipment issues to the supervisor or manager in a timely manner
• Understands and follows all safety procedures applicable to daily operations
• Maintains a safe and clean environment by following all safety policies and procedures
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
• Adheres to Aramark and OSHA safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensures the security of company and client assets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bakery production or a related role preferred
• Knowledge of bakery production methods and standards
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and storage
• Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
• Basic math and counting skills
• Repetitive motion with hands and arms
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
