Job Description

The Bakery Production Worker rotates through various tasks in a production environment, including filling, wrapping, and packaging products, while adhering to food safety and quality procedures.

Job Responsibilities

1. Operate and supervise the continuous production line.
2. Rotate among duties such as operating the filler machine, wrapper machine, packing boxes, and stacking boxes.
3. Visually inspect products for quality and quantity.
4. Report equipment issues to supervisors or managers promptly.
5. Follow all safety procedures applicable to daily operations.
6. Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
7. Provide excellent customer service with a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, co-workers, etc.
8. Follow Aramark and OSHA safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation practices.
9. Ensure security of company and client assets.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in bakery production or related roles preferred.
2. Knowledge of bakery production methods and standards.
3. Understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation, and storage.
4. Ability to obtain a food safety certification.
5. Basic math and counting skills.
6. Repetitive motion with hands and arms.
7. Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
