Job summary

Klosterman Baking Company is seeking Production Associates to operate equipment and ensure product safety and quality. You will inspect products, sort and prepare trays, and support changeovers while keeping a clean, organized work area.

Regular attendance on a five- to six-day schedule—including weekends and holidays—is required. Responsibilities include feeding trays to washers, handling pan and tray operations, and reporting issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as part of a six-day schedule.
• Commitment to food safety and quality standards.
• Team-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product for uniformity and quality prior to packaging.
• Sort trays by color, bakery name and condition.
• Operate tray washer, stacker, and related equipment.
• Assist in product changeovers and line clean-up.
• Maintain neat, sanitary work area and report issues promptly.
• Ensure correct packaging codes are legible.
