Job summary

The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a skilled baker to supervise bakery production and inmate crews in a correctional facility. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure safety, sanitation, and quality, and coordinate with maintenance and QA.

Responsibilities include supervising inmate workers, training, maintaining inventory, monitoring equipment, and producing baked goods within cost targets.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a bakery production line.
• Knowledge of production standards and safety procedures.
• Ability to manage inmate workforce and inventories.
• Must pass background and TB tests.
