Job summary

Coborn’s is seeking a Baker/Fryer to support bakery production in our Illinois operations. You will thaw, mix, proof and bake/fry products, maintain production levels, and assist with inventory receiving, ordering frozen and dry goods, and organizing freezers and coolers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail/bakery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thawing, mixing, proofing and baking/frying bakery products.
• Maintain proper production levels while following production guidelines.
• Assist with inventory receiving duties and ordering frozen and dry products.
• Organize freezers and coolers to ensure proper stock and freshness.
