Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. in Marquette, MI is seeking a Baker/Fryer to assist the Bakery Department with production tasks including thawing, mixing, proofing and baking or frying products.

You will help maintain production levels and follow guidelines to meet quality standards. The role also involves inventory receiving support, ordering frozen and dry goods, and organizing freezers and coolers to ensure fresh, safe inventory for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/bakery experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Department with production activities including thawing, mixing, proofing and baking/frying.
• Maintain proper production levels and follow production guidelines.
• Assist with inventory receiving duties, ordering frozen and dry product, and organizing freezers and coolers.
