Job summary

Global Partners LP in Newbury, VT, is hiring a bakery production associate to support daily production of donuts, muffins, pastries and bagels on site and for local shops.

You'll follow recipes, complete production sheets, maintain cleanliness, assist with inventory, and ensure product quality meets Honey Dew specifications. This role requires flexibility for weekend/evening shifts, ServSafe certification or progress, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certificate or be scheduled for class within 120 days.
• Flexibility to work weekend, holiday and/or evening shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, count and write accurately for required paperwork.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily production of donuts, muffins, pastry and bagels.
• Complete daily production sheets and report discrepancies.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in prep areas.
• Assist in inventory and stock kitchen supplies.
• Pack delivery totes and verify invoices.
