You will thaw, mix, proof, bake and fry bakery items, keeping production levels aligned with guidelines while aiding with inventory receiving and ordering frozen and dry goods. Organization of freezers and coolers is also required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/bakery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Department with production activities including thawing, mixing, proofing, and baking/frying.
• Maintain proper production levels while following production guidelines.
• Assist with inventory receiving duties and ordering frozen and dry products.
• Organize freezers and coolers to ensure safety and efficiency.
