Job summary

Central Market is seeking a Production Representative to support the freshest ingredients across our store departments. Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends is required. Assignments will vary by department within the store.

Responsibilities include mixing, shaping, baking, wrapping, stocking, quality control, sanitation, inventory, taking phone orders, and providing excellent customer service. Lift up to 50 lbs and possible overnight/flexible schedules.

• Knowledge and preparation of baking goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Duties include mixing, shaping, baking, wrapping and stocking products.
• Ensure quality control of all products before sale.
• Maintain sanitation in the department.
• Organize back storage, freezer, walk-in and production area.
• Read and execute daily production list.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and taking orders on the phone.
• Monitor product quality and shrink.
• Order and receive products and supplies.
• Maintain transfer records.
• Prep, wrap, price, sell and stock products continuously.
• Demo or prepare customer samples for self-serve.
• Provide superior customer service and use suggestive selling.
