Job summary

Gold Coast Bakery LLC is seeking a motivated trainee to join our bakery production line. You will be trained in mixing, baking, and packing, and each shift will assign you to the line that needs help. You will work on the oven and proofer line, pack finished product, and maintain accurate production records.

We value safety, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly. The job requires standing 10–12 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a hot, humid, noisy environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to work well on a team and stay safe on the job.
• Willingness to work in a hot, noisy environment and handle repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mix, divide, mould and pan dough.
• Operate oven, proofer line, and remove hot product from pans.
• Pack and bag finished product and keep production records.
• Follow formula cards and order sheets for temps, weights, counts.
• Check product quality and inform supervisor of issues.
