Qualifications

• Prior bakery production experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery production methods and standards.

• Ability to obtain a food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Requires repetitive motion with hands and arms.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise a continuous production line.
• Rotate among duties: filler, wrapper, packing, stacking.
• Visually inspect product for quality and quantity.
• Report equipment issues to supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and positive demeanor.

• Ensure security of company and client assets.
