Job summary

The Bakery Co is seeking a Machine Operator to run bakery equipment at Crown Bakeries in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will monitor production from mixing to packaging, adjust PLC panels, and work with maintenance and supervisors to keep the line running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications include strong verbal and written communication, basic math, and a willingness to learn diverse bakery processes in a fast-paced environment. This role requires physical stamina and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor and control continuous flow of product through the production process.
• Adjust control panel settings as needed.
• Collaborate with maintenance, supervisors, and team members to maintain a safe work environment and GMP compliance.
• Document weight, product yield, downtime and other metrics.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and changeovers.
• Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Attend all company training sessions.
