• No educational prerequisite; however, must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record information applicable to the job.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment according to established standards (guides, cutters, speed, weight, etc.).
• Ensure dough pieces are proper size and weight according to standards.
• Ensure proper sheeting, molding and panning per production standards.
• Set speed on dough-feed per production standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures including safety and work rules.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
• Perform other duties as deemed by management, including adherence to schedules and attendance policies.
