Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Harvard, IL is seeking a Bakery Production Operator for the A Shift to join a growing food manufacturing team producing fresh pet treats for retailers worldwide.

You will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and clean production equipment, ensuring safe and efficient processes. The role follows a Sunday-Tuesday schedule with every other Wednesday, 5am-5pm, and is an evaluation hire (temp-to-hire).

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operation checks and startup procedures on production equipment.

• Assist with equipment maintenance, repairs, and changeovers.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
