Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Gillette, WY, is seeking a Baker to prepare bakery items per Perkins recipes and quality standards while keeping a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. This role supports guest satisfaction through consistent quality.

The Baker will label, date, and rotate items using FIFO, maintain displays, and follow health and sanitation guidelines. Training is provided; weekend/holiday shifts may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and bake bakery items according to company recipes and standards.
• Label, date, store, and rotate products using FIFO procedures.
• Set up and maintain bakery display cases and merchandising displays.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment, prep areas, storage areas, and displays.
• Monitor food quality, portioning, and food safety standards.
• Assist with kitchen prep, dishwashing, and supporting front-of-house team members as needed.
• Communicate equipment, safety, or product concerns to management.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
