Responsibilities

• Label and date all trays of baked items and observe proper storage procedures.
• Set up and maintain display cases and assist with holiday packaging and merchandising.
• Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, pans and utensils; maintain cleanliness of kitchen and prep areas.
