Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure proper portioning, food quality, and timely preparation.
• Stock, rotate, and store food using FIFO procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, prep, and storage areas.
• Follow food safety, OSHA, and health department standards.
• Clean kitchen equipment and work areas throughout each shift.
• Communicate equipment, safety, or service issues to management.
• Assist team members with food prep, dishwashing, and dining room cleanliness as needed.
