BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Bakery Team Member to prepare and display bakery items, following safety and quality standards. You will proof, bake, and portion baked goods, ensuring correct labeling and pricing while maintaining a clean, organized bakery area.

Formación

• Experience in bakery operations and product handling.
• Ability to follow production charts and safety guidelines.
• Collaborative work style in a fast-paced department.

Responsabilidades

• Proofs and bakes unfinished bakery goods following product handling information and ovens or other equipment.
• Unpacks bakery goods from the freezer and displays amounts per bakery production chart recommendations.
• Maintains cleaning and safety standards within the bakery department.
• Generates labels and price tickets and ensures accurate pricing.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment, fixtures, and food surfaces in the bakery area.
