Qualifications

• Experience in baking or food production preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality across products.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts per recipes.
• Measure, mix, shape and bake products.
• Decorate cakes and specialty desserts.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and label ingredients.
• Rotate and stock ingredients to ensure fresh display.
• Assist customers with product questions and take special orders.
• Support bakery team with daily production planning.
