Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of plant management experience in a CPG manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to develop talent and teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing policies and complying with regulations.
• Lead the achievement of a zero-injury workplace with safe conditions for team members.
• Manage plant operations to achieve KPIs for safety, quality, service and cost.
• Develop and execute programs to increase productivity through continuous improvement.
• Oversee production scheduling and implementation of the central plan.
