You will provide technical support to the team, develop preventive maintenance programs, and allocate personnel to maximize equipment uptime while controlling costs. You will train and supervise maintenance staff, uphold safety, reliability, quality, and productivity, and drive continuous improvement across equipment and practices to support the manufacturing

Responsibilities

• The maintenance supervisor will take responsibility for all maintenance and engineering activities on the plant site, provide technical support for the maintenance team, and develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities for equipment and practices.
• The primary focus of this position is to maximize production time available on equipment, minimize upkeep costs, and control expenditures related to equipment, spare parts, and consumable items.
