Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification a plus.
• Experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, welding, electrical, industrial equipment, automotive repairs, or related field.
• Ability to rotate job assignments across bakery areas and pursue ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate safe work habits, proper tool selection and usage, and general shop practices.
• Perform proper component lubrication and assist with preventive maintenance, as needed.
• Practice learned knowledge of environmental and maintenance programs.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
• Perform other duties as deemed by management, including adherence to schedules and attendance policies.
• Possess or attain licenses required to work with boilers, refrigeration components and other equipment.
