Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume bakery and pastry production.
• Experience in large-scale catering and events.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and allergen procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bakery and pastry production for large events, catering, buffets, and functions.
• Plan production quantities based on guest counts and event schedules.
• Scale recipes while maintaining quality, taste, and presentation.
• Supervise and train bakers and pastry staff.
