Job summary

You’ll follow recipes, maintain a clean area, use handheld tech to support production, and ensure items are properly packaged for members to take home.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with bakery team to meet production needs and assist across areas.
• Prepare bakery merchandise per daily production, follow recipes, wrap, label, and store items while ensuring food safety and inventory.
• Use handheld devices to drive sales, monitor production and product quality for the member.
• Maintain work area, ensure date/quality controls, and assist customers with purchasing decisions.
• Model high-quality service, energy and ethics; follow policies and operate with integrity.
• Complete tasks efficiently, adapt to change, and communicate progress with the team.
