Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicates with team members and adapts to business needs.
• Be an Expert: Prepares bakery merchandise per daily production needs, follows recipes, and ensures food safety, labeling and storage.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools and handheld devices to drive sales and assist with production decisions.
• Be an Owner: Maintains quality standards, controls waste, and assists members with purchasing decisions.
