Job summary

Walmart in Willow Grove, PA is hiring a Bakery/Packager to prepare fresh baked items daily, follow recipes, wrap, label and store merchandise for our members. You’ll help with bakery orders and maintain a clean, member-ready area.

You’ll work in a fast-paced team, provide friendly customer service, stand for long periods, and support food safety standards while learning new skills through Live Better U education programs offered by the company.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with other associates to build a strong bakery team; communicates with team members; flexible to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert: Prepares bakery merchandise based on production needs by operating baking equipment; follows recipes; wraps, labels, stores merchandise per policies; ensures food safety standards.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld devices to drive sales, assist customers, and support product quality and training.
• Be an Owner: Maintains work area, ensures quality and date control, protects merchandise, assists members with purchases.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Delivers high-quality service and products, demonstrates energy and commitment.
