85°C Bakery Cafe is looking for Store Management Team Members in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time role involves leading all aspects of operation, focusing on customer service, cost management, and training functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in fast food or related food operations at a leadership level.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.
• Good attendance and available to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the business performance of their respective stores.
• Ensure sales profitability through service excellence and lean operation.
• Prepare periodic reports, including sales control and employee scheduling.
• Organize and supervise employee shifts.
• Check stock levels and order supplies and materials.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
