Our small yet bustling bakery is seeking an experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join us full-time in Amesbury, MA. We are offering a competitive salary of $70K - 80K per year. This is a full-time position, and we value your dedication to the success of our bakery. You'll be working approximately 50 to 55 hours per week, with weekend and Holiday availability being essential!

WHAT DOES A BAKERY OPERATIONS MANAGER DO?

As our Bakery Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of our company's growth and success. In this role, you will work closely with the owner to ensure the seamless operation of our bakery. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical functions, including collaborating with the owner in areas such as payroll management, employee hiring and termination, budget reviews, and any other tasks that require your support.

At the heart of your role is the efficient management of the bakery's front-end operations, where your attention to detail will help maintain a smooth and customer-centric environment.
