• Manages promotions, merchandising, and displays; monitors logs, reports and inventory.
• Orders and controls inventory; maintains cold storage and FIFO rotation; conducts inventories.
• Ensures product quality and adherence to labeling laws and policies.
• Assists customers with special orders and engages in upselling.
• Maintains cleanliness of sales floor, equipment, and cases.
• Trains and supervises bakery staff; schedules for adequate coverage.
• Communicates goals and performance to the team; enforces company policies.
